You get 14 days with everything in the plan you pick, and you don't need a card to start. If you don't choose, your trial is on Crew.
To keep going, pick a plan and add a card in Settings → Billing; nothing is charged unless you do. If you don't, your account turns read-only: you can still sign in, see everything and subscribe, but you can't make changes. Your customers aren't affected: their portal, payments and your booking page keep working.
Solo is $59 a month with 1 person included and $39 a month for each extra person. Crew is $149 a month with 5 people included and $29 a month for each extra person. Level is $299 a month with 15 people included and $25 a month for each extra person. Enterprise is priced for your business: talk to us. Pay yearly and you get two months free.
Anyone active on your team: owners, office staff and technicians, including people you've invited who haven't signed in yet. People you've deactivated don't count, and neither do your customers.
Yes, from Settings → Billing. Move up when your crew grows or you want texting, marketing or the AI receptionist, and move down if you need less, as long as your active team fits the smaller plan. Your settings are kept if you move down.
